This tutu is sure to be the talk of any party or get together. Can be made in tween or teen sizes.
This beautiful purple and blue tutu has already been very popular since the sneak peek.  The exquisite felt rose gives a delicate look to the flowing shimmery purple and aqua blue tulle.
Sure to make your princess feel like she's ready for the ball!

Multiple layers of tulle add dimension and fullness
This tutu was the first one created in the New Spring Line.  Inspired by a beautiful light blue butterfly, it incorporates purple, light blue and gold

The braided removable built is a unique feature of this line of tutus.
The butterfly was a stunning inspiration for this gorgeous tutu
Shimmery tulle creates an even more elegant look for parties.
The sunflower tutu is the final piece that adds another dimension to the Spring Line.  The delicate butterfly ensures this tutu has it's place in spring and summer but the sunflower allows your little fairy to wear this tutu right up until fall Harvest.  Featuring yellow and chocolate brown tulle, satin ribbon, and another unique butterfly, this tutu will keep your little princess ready for all occasions, including spring photo shoots and pumpkin patch poses.
This chocolate colored butterfly was the inspiration for this tutu.  He is perched upon a sunflower clip which could easily be removed and placed on a headband.

Just like the sunflower that inspired it, this tutu is full of dimension and life.

Shimmery tulle keeps this tutu vibrant and dazzling
I hope you have enjoyed viewing my new spring line of tutus. I only have 2 of each of the butterflies so while I can certainly recreate the tutus, I can only make two of each featuring these brilliant, glittery little creatures.  These tutus can be customized to fit any size princess.  They will be posted in my Etsy store today at a price of $30.  Please feel free to message me with any questions or to reserve your tutu.  I can ship next day!

Sensational Custom Idea for a Fabulous Party!

This weekend, I worked on an order for two custom t-shirts for two apparently amazing ladies.  Though I've never met them, it sounds to me like their birthdays are quite the occasion!  There friend wanted to make sure they knew how wonderful they are so she ordered custom t-shirts for them.  One says, "Fabulous at 50" and the other says, "Sensational at 60."  What a great way to celebrate two the lives of two people who are clearly very loved!
Dark pink with clear rhinestones, this shirt turned out FABULOUS!

Though the film has yet to be removed, you get the idea of how sensational this pink on pink t-shirt turned out.

If you have a big day coming up, why not consider placing an order for a custom rhinestone t-shirt? It's a great way to show your thoughtfulness and the shirt will be as unique as the person we're creating it for. Whether you already have an idea or you're just not sure, I can help you from concept to finished product.  You will be as involved as you would like to be.  If you want input on the design, I'm happy to work with you.  If you would like for me to design and create the entire product by myself, I can do that as well. Please don't hesitate to contact me should you have any questions. My email is glitterandtulleboutique@gmail.com

How to Contact an Etsy Seller for a Custom Order

I mentioned yesterday that it is super easy to contact an Etsy seller for more information or to set up a custom order but I thought it might be helpful to explain to you just how simple it is.
I was having a lot of trouble getting Blogger to embed my screenshots so I decided to do it the old fashion way.  I took photos and I'm just going to use those!  Simple enough!
Basically, all you need to do is:
1) Visit etsy.com
www.etsy.com

2) If you do not have an account, it's super simple to create one  Just click on "Register" and fill out the form.  It asks for your name and email. That's basically it.
3. You can search for whatever item you are trying to find, such as "tinkerbell tutu" in the search box and it will bring up lots of choices. In this picture, I actually searched for my shop name so if you weren't sure how to find me, now you can!
How to search for an item or shop

My shop page!
4. Click on whatever you like and it will take you to that item's listing. Once there, you can click on the shop or "contact" the seller.
This is the contact the seller button on my shop!

5. When you click on "contact" the seller, a little dialogue box pops up so you can ask questions.  You can ask anything you'd like and if a seller doesn't take the time to answer you in a timely fashion with a thorough response, they're probably not the seller for you.  Most artisans will answer promptly and make sure they answer all of your questions.
This text box will pop up

You can write a message and ask me about whatever you'd like!  This is a fake message, based on a few I've gotten recently.

6. When you have a response, a little number "1" will show up in blue over the envelope at the top of your page.  This is just to indicate that the seller has responded.  Click on the envelope and you will see what is essentially an email from the seller.  All of your etsy conversations can be found here unless you delete them.
That's it!  Super simple and an easy way to find out if a crafter can create exactly what you want. If you don't see exactly what you want in a shop, ask the seller because he or she may just be able to make it for you.  I know I can customize every single item in my shop, down to color, size, length, you name it, I can do it.  Most other sellers can do this as well.
When the seller responds, you'll have a little blue "1" over the envelope in the middle of this box.

Any questions? Was this helpful to anyone?
